Affordable housing, food, and recreation for your next group retreat. Below, you'll find our current rates on:

Main Campus

Day Rates:
  • Per Person Per Day for Hiking, Disc Golf, Sledding, etc.  Includes use of Family Restroom at Bathhouse:  $5

  • Per Person Per Day for group events using Bathhouse, Deerfield, Kitchen:  $10

Overnight Rates:
  • Per Person Per Night:  $40

  • See “Discounts” for price reduction for 3 or more members of same household.  

  • Beginning in 2022, churches and other organizations who donate $1000 or more will receive discounts of 15-35% off the lodging rates.  

  • Cleaning Fee Per Overnight Event: $250


Max Overnight Capacity: 56

  • Add farmhouse to increase capacity to 76 (additional cleaning fee of $75 will apply)

  • Bring your own tents and up to 2 RV’s to expand capacity even further (per person rates still apply)

  • RV electric hook-up and water available adjacent to Kitchen and Deerfield (no additional fee)


Overnight Rates Include:

  • Access to all activities – please notify us in advance if you plan to use the Coffee Barn or the Challenge Course; additional fee applies for the Challenge Course if CV staff supervision is requested

  • Access to all facilities (minus Farmhouse, unless requested)


Arrival / Departure Times:

  • Arrival:  3 PM

Food Services

  • Initial flat rate:  $240 flat rate per meal for up to 20 people (e.g., up to 20 people can eat breakfast for a flat rate of $240)

  • Each person above initial 20:  $12.00 per person per meal


Where to Eat: 

  • Dining Room in Kitchen: Seats 32

  • Farmhouse (if reserved): Seats 32 – 8 in kitchen, 9 in living room, and 16 on covered porch

  • Deerfield Meeting and Recreation Hall

  • Dining Tent: Seats 100


If you prefer to cook your own meals, you are welcome to use our commercial kitchen, the Deerfield meeting and recreation center, or the Farmhouse (if reserved for your group).


Our food facilities include:

  • Homestyle Farmhouse Kitchen

    • Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer

    • Electric Range and Oven

    • Microwave Oven

    • Dishwasher

    • Keurig Coffee Maker
      (pods and condiments not included)

    • Sufficient Cookware for Most Meal Prep
      (groups should bring paper plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for food service)


Our Deerfield facility includes:

  • Hot/Cold water dispenser

  • Keurig Coffee Maker
    (pods and condiments not included)

Family Rates:

Families of 3 or more: Flat rate for 3+ members of the same household attending same event

  • Per Family Per Night: $125

  • Children: Ages 0-6

    • Ages 0-1: FREE!

    • Ages 2-6: Half OFF!


Ordained Pastors and their immediate families:

  • Be our guest at a discount when you enjoy a personal study retreat or family getaway at the Farmhouse!

  • NOTE: This offer is subject to availability. You can reserve up to 1 month out when there are no groups using the Farmhouse.

Workcamp Rates:

Per Person Per Night: $33

  • Minimum 3-night stay

  • Minimum 8 hours total volunteer work per person per event

  • Family rate applied when 4 or more members of household attend same event

Partner Discount Rates:

Churches and other organizations are invited to become Partners with Covenant Village to help sustain this ministry.  In appreciation for annual donations of $1000 or more, the partnering organization will receive per person lodging discounts ranging from 15-35% according to the chart below:


Payment Due Dates – Reservations

  • First Deposit: $500

    • A non-refundable deposit of $500 (or $250 for Farmhouse ONLY) is due 2 months prior to event date. The deposit will be applied towards your final balance.

  • Second Deposit: $500

    • A second, non-refundable payment of $500 is due 1 month prior to event date. If your total remaining balance is less than $500, then only the remaining balance will be due 1 month out.

  • At or before time of departure: Remaining balance

    • All remaining balances for lodging and meals are due on or before time of departure.

    • Fifty percent of total meal cost is due 1 week prior to your event date.

Payment/Refund Policies

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are not transferable to a different event/date.

Cancellation Policy
  • Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you must cancel your reservation due to an emergency.

  • We strive to treat everyone with respect during emergency cancellations, and will do our best to work with you. However, due to the fact that groups typically book events 6 months to 1 year in advance, we will likely not be able to book another group for your time-slot, and we would therefore lose that revenue.

  • We therefore welcome your consideration of changing the deposit into a donation.

  • Note that if an individual made the reservation, and your group does not use the facility, the donation can be tax-deductible.  We will be glad to provide a tax-deductible receipt.
